x4 hours, x2 trainers with a maximum of x4 students per class
We'll teach you everything you need to know to improve your coffee game, no matter your skill level.
-Operate a commercial machine and grinder.
-Latte art basics.
-Use and understand brew parameters (Dose, Yield, Time).
-Taste and troubleshoot espresso.
-End of day cleaning of machine and grinder.
-Distribute and tamp coffee.
-Steam Milk for micro-foam with consistency.
-Split Milk (using multiple jugs for multiple coffees).
-Pour latte art patterns such as; Heart, Tulip, Rosetta, Swan, Phoenix and theory for more advanced.
